6PM-7PM Karen Grenier
Acoustic pop/folk artist, Karen Grenier's performances embody an intimate acoustic flavor. Her songs reflect an honesty and thoughtful self-analysis that is lacking in much of today's music. Her smooth yet commanding voice and driving acoustic style will carry you away. -cdbaby
Whether she's cutting to the heart with her emotion-driven original songs or belting out cover tunes, Karen's penetrating voice, rhythmic acoustic style and intense emotional energy combine to capture her audience's attention. An excellent performer and songwriter, Karen was voted the 2009 Boston Pride Idol winner, performing on the main stage at the 2009 Boston Pride Festival. Karen was named a semifinalist in the 2006 Peacedriven Songwriting Contest and won a songwriting award from Nashville's Music City Search in 2002. In addition, several of her songs have been featured on the Dawson's Creek DVD. She makes her living both as a guidance counselor and a professional musician. "You've got to reach for your dreams...it's an attitude I've always tried to inspire in my students...now I'm living mine!" Karen has performed at clubs, festivals, coffee houses, restaurants and colleges throughout Northeast. Currently working on her fifth CD, Karen continues to draw in new fans with her catchy melodies, intimate lyrics and gutsy performances. For Karen, it's all about being genuine and connecting with people. "If I can do that, I've achieved success."

Seth Wonkka writes simple acoustic pop songs about life, relationships, visions of the way he had hoped things would be some day and stories about the way things really are.
Saturday November 16: 12Noon-1PM The Dusty Gray Band
Since the age of 17, Dusty Gray has been capturing audiences with his blues, rock, soul and country music sound. Growing up in New Hampshire and being one of three boys, Dusty found ease in music, especially the craft of a songwriting. Influenced by the likes of Johnny Cash, Otis Redding, Greg Allman, Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Ray Lamontagne, Dusty intertwines theses heroes into his own unique Country music sound. Priding himself in his “live” shows, Dusty goes out every night putting everything he has into the show leaving nothing behind.
The Four Legged Faithful are a band made up of 4 ordinary men who all thrive on playing music together. Their aim is not to play traditional folk or bluegrass music, but instead to create beautiful, heart-felt, and genuine music using traditional folk/bluegrass instruments. They create a sound that is honest and reflects the band's many musical influences from nearly all genres. All members sing; creating multiple combinations of 2, 3, and 4-part harmonies. All members write and sing songs about their thoughts, families, and the natural world that surrounds them. For a band without a drummer, The Four Legged Faithful achieve an incredible level of intensity using foot percussion and layered rhythms throughout every measure.
